Custom Fields allow you to add additional fields to give you the ability to enter more information about Jobs, Clients and Staff. Simply add a Category Name with the relevant Field Name/s. All custom fields added will be visible under the Category Name within a their respective OVERVIEW page.

Settings - How to add Category Name and Field Name 

Whether you are wanting to add custom fields to a job, client or staff you will go to the respective tab in the Settings. 

For example, if wanting to add custom job fields we will go to the CUSTOM JOBS FIELDS tab in Settings. From here, you will add your Category and Field Names. 

A job Category Name may be - Client Preferences, with Field Names - 1) Gender and 2) Visit Hours. 

These field will now show on the job OVERVIEW for a user to enter data. 

Note: Only Geo Admins can access the Custom Field tabs in Settings.
