The Staff List is used to organise all your current Staff, it can be found by clicking on the ‘Staff’ tab.

For each Staff member the following information is shown:

  • Photo (or initials if there is no photo uploaded)
  • Staff Name
  • Phone Number
  • Staff Role
  • Number of Jobs assigned
  • Last Login
  • Staff Status

Currently the Staff List can be sorted by:

  • Staff Name
  • Staff Role

These can be sorted by clicking on the up and down arrows at the next to the titles of each column.

The Staff List has a search function where you can search via:

  • Staff Name
  • Phone Number
  • Staff Role
